Born in Between explores the dialogue between two contrasting materials, stone and glass.

Stone, shaped over millions of years by natural processes, embodies the strength of nature through its density and rough surface. Glass, derived from natural materials, is shaped by the human hand. It follows the stone’s contours, imitating and complementing it, revealing its voids, and creating a meeting point between the fragile and the solid, the smooth and the rough, the transparent and the opaque.

In their meeting, a space of encounter emerges where each material retains its identity yet comes alive through the presence of the other.

The work reflects on how difference can create connection, opening space for something new and more profound.
