Starlight

This piece brings together wheel-throwing and mould-making processes to create the mould into which glass was blown.

The glass was repeatedly dipped in dark pigment, building layered, patterned surfaces that partially transmit light. When illuminated, these layers create a subtle, speckled glow reminiscent of the night sky.
